At the beach (BACKGROUND)

Doing some proper art again and I need a background for it.
I've never been that good with backgrounds as I do them very rarely and elements like water has always been a challenge to execute.
But here's something I managed to do with my old and faithful, Photoshop Elements.

NOTE: I am still thinking if I should add some flare effects to it.
